Follow these steps to for Ramadan editing :-
PicsArt editing :-
The first thing is to open picsart, in which you have to add the background. Then you have to adjust your photo by applying it according to the video. And after that some png will be found. They too have to adjust the right place. After doing all the things, export them.
Lightroom retouch :-
Here we will lightly retouch in the lightroom. After adding the photo in the lightroom, you can set all the light, color, effect according to it or you can do it by following the video. And finally save the photo in hd.

How to download Ramadan editing background :-
